- Charge up — Connect the mask and ring to USB and let them charge for about 1 hour before first use.
- Turn on — Press the power button located inside the mask to switch it on.
- Connect the ring — Hold the middle button on the ring remote for 5 seconds to pair, then start controlling the blinking eyes.
- Activate Battle Mode — On S3, S4, S5, and S Gwen, press the middle button to light up the eyes and switch into battle-ready mode.
- Reset if needed — If the eyes don't respond, simply turn the mask off and back on to reset it.
MODELS: S6 · S7
- Attach the eyes — Line up the magnetic eyes with the mask and let them snap securely into place.
- Put it on — Slip the mask on and adjust it for a comfortable, snug fit.
- Swap anytime — Gently pull the eyes off whenever you want to switch or store them.
TOUCH VERSION & PREMIUM VERSION
- Charge up — Connect the helmet to a USB port and let it charge for about 1 hour before first use.
- Power on — Switch the helmet on using touch, or the remote on the Premium version.
- Control your way — The Touch version responds to touch. The Premium version adds voice and remote control, so you can run everything hands-free.
- Open & close the visor — Raise or lower the motorized visor at your command for that authentic suit-up moment.
- Battle Mode & Fight Mode — Switch on Battle Mode to light up the helmet on both versions. On the Premium version, trigger Fight Mode to turn the eyes red for full battle-ready intensity.

- Charge up — Connect the webshooter to a USB port and charge it for about 1 hour before first use.
- Power on — Press the main button to activate the electronic mechanism.
- Shoot & retract — Fire the web, then press the button to retract the string.
- Recharge & repeat — Recharge the webshooter and you're ready to shoot again.

- Pick your size — Choose the kids or adults version and select your size for the perfect fit.
- Suit up — Slip into the stretch fabric suit; the flexible material makes it easy to put on.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days on average, and up to 20 business days during busy periods or large promotions. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days for the United States and Europe, and 9 to 20 business days for the rest of the world.
We ship from several fulfillment centers located in North America, Europe, and Asia to reduce delivery times wherever possible. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we'll send it from another center with the same delivery times shown on our shipping page.
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, a tracking link is emailed to you so you can follow its journey. Please note it may take a short time for tracking updates to appear once the carrier receives the shipment.

Our electronic masks (S1 to S5 and S Gwen) feature light-up blinking eyes you control wirelessly through a Bluetooth ring remote, letting you recreate iconic expressions in real time. The S3, S4, S5, and S Gwen also include Battle Mode, which lights up the eyes at the press of a button. They're USB-rechargeable and made from a premium hard-shell build.
The electronic masks have light-up eyes, a ring remote, and a rechargeable battery. The static masks (S6 and S7) have no electronics at all. Instead they use magnetic attachable eyes that snap on and off in seconds, so there's nothing to charge and they're ready to wear straight out of the box.
The Touch version is the affordable option, controlled by touch, and still includes light-up eyes, a motorized visor, and Battle Mode. The Premium version is built from a more durable material with interior comfort padding and can be controlled by voice, remote, or touch. It also adds Fight Mode, where the eyes glow red for full battle-ready intensity.
Our webshooters (S1 WEB and S2 WEB) use an electronic mechanism that fires plastic strings to shoot, catch, and hit, just like the real thing. The lightweight plastic strings launch safely without causing harm, so they're suitable for both kids and adults. They're USB-rechargeable and you can retract the string with the press of a button.
The S1 Suit is available in both kids and adults versions, which makes it perfect for matching father-son moments, events, and photos. It comes in Blue or Black, and is made from a premium stretch fabric with a realistic 3D textured design for a movie-level look.

Electronic products charge over USB in about 1 hour and last for hours of continuous use on a single charge. Avoid water exposure to protect the electronics. Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has already shipped, it falls under our standard 30-day return process below.

Defective on Arrival Policy
Every product is personally and carefully checked to make sure all components are present and working before it leaves our facility. In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective on arrival, report it to us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
To qualify, the product must be returned in the same condition it arrived, meaning it has not been modified, disassembled, or tampered with in any way. We'll cover you fully whenever a product arrives faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll arrange either a full refund or a replacement. If the packaging was damaged in transit, a quick photo of the damage helps us sort it out faster and get a replacement on its way.

Delivery estimates do not include extra time that may be required for customs checks or local courier delays, which can vary by country. If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll look into it for you right away.
