Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue and is prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days on average. During busy periods or large promotions, this preparation time can extend up to 20 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- United States: Standard free delivery usually arrives within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: Standard free delivery usually arrives within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the World: Standard free delivery usually arrives within 9–20 business days after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, a tracking link is emailed so you can follow its journey. Please note that it may take a short time for tracking updates to appear once the carrier receives the shipment.

We ship from several fulfillment centers located in North America, Europe, and Asia to reduce delivery times wherever possible. Delivery estimates do not include any extra time required for customs checks or local courier delays, which may vary by country.
